A) What should be your state of mind when getting ready for a job interview?
Ans: Getting ready for a job interview, you keep yourself in a state of high motivation and readiness, by making optimum use of your time to equip yourself to excel and be confident for giving interview.
B) Why do you need to do adequate homework about the company where you have been called for an interview?
Ans: If you are going for the interview in any company then you are certain to be asked specific questions about your potential employer, so you need to do adequate homework about the company.
C) What sort of information you get about the company from internet?
Ans : From internet, if you visit company website which could help you get all the vital statistics, including products and services as well as feel of the company culture. Search engine provides you recent interesting stories written about them.
D) Going for an interview is just like going for an exam? Discuss.
Ans : Anybody is going for an exam then he/she should be well prepared for an exam regarding subject, while going for an interview also you need to well prepare for an interview as well as your educational and personal information. Here also some questions are going to asked by group of person or panel to you and you have to give answer of them and hence it is important that you go well prepared and confident.
E) Regarding the tips given in the passage which is the most useful for you and why?
Here in the passage given very important tips for me to prepare for an interview but i like the most important is “Prepare at least 5 questions that you would ask the panel about the company or your job”, because i know that in the interview panel asks questions to me and i need to have answers about their questions.But from this passage i understand that i should asks few questions for communication in the interview.

For an effective meeting we can choose any of the meeting according to the requirements. There are main two kinds of meetings.(i) One to One Meeting and (ii) Group Meeting.Group Meetings are generally more formal that one to one meetings.Group Meetings are more structured and planned and generally last longer. One to One Meeting involves only two person while group meeting involve a large number of people.
An effective meeting should be short, not more than an hour. Six is the optimum number of participants for a good working meeting. A successful meeting always leads to action. Your natural gestures: the eye contact and the body language is essential for effective communication.
(b) How to overcome panic while presenting
When presenting a product or giving presentation in public, some tips are given below will helps you:
Prepare your presentation before given, any expert on this field also makes presentation before give. Do the research for your speech in advance. Once your presentation is prepared practice it in the way that suits you. Presenting will stimulate your adrenalin and soak up your energy hence it is important to have given your body a dose of energy before you present. One of the reasons presenters get nervous is that they are talking to strangers. It is much easier to present to people you know or have met.Yes, that’s right. Don’t try and give a perfect presentation as I guarantee it will never go as planned. Expect for the unexpected.

The impact of internet on social communication
Now a days the social communication is very easy with the help of latest technology used for communication is internet. Internet is networks of network, where each network is consists of more than one computer (or a device which have internet communication like mobile phone, tablet, or laptop, etc.). Most of all the people have handset/ mobile device through which they can contact or communicate with others within a second.The Internet is clearly on the way to becoming an integral tool of business, communication, and popular culture in many parts of the world. Computer Mediated Communications has a wide range of supporters and detractors. Some individuals argue the Internet will revolutionize social interactions, where others argue that the Internet will lead to loss of privacy, impersonal communications and isolation.
There are also those who argue that the Internet is also being presented as a pedagogical tool for changing how public education is delivered. We believe that the Internet is a neutral social structural tool with several positive possibilities. However, the Internet's extraordinary growth is not without concern. Of particular relevance is the issue of the potential impact of the Internet and computer-mediated communications on the nature and quality of social interaction, especially among young people. This is an analysis of the possible consequences online communication might have on social interaction rituals. We focus on the current cyber-youth who have grown up with the Internet being a routine part of their everyday life and interaction rituals.
Old concepts of senders and receivers are inappropriate to the study of the Internet. Studying the network of users of any given Internet service can incorporate the concept of interactivity and the interchangeability of message producers and receivers.Social motives and attributes have also been linked to online communication. Some studies have found that those with low or unsatisfactory traditional social contacts use the Internet more frequently than others. Unfortunately, those findings were limited in generalizability.
The most common reasons to use the Internet were cited as social isolation, dissatisfaction with face-to-face communication, loneliness, social anxiety, etc. Disadvantaged members of society has led to headlines about the sad and lonely world of cyberspace. Research however, has found certain benefits of the Internet: it can be used to test social skills, overcome shyness in face-to-face interactions, and form personal relationships.
